This is a short overview of the tasks that must be accomplished to get your product Vision Control ready.

Preparation

The initial step involves ensuring you have selected the correct implementation approach and that all necessary requirements are met. These requirements cover aspects such as RDM (Remote Device Management), DMX (Digital Multiplex), DFU (Device Firmware Update), and others. It’s crucial to familiarize yourself with these requirements before starting the implementation.

Hardware

During this step, you will create schematics tailored to your specific product. Schematic designs for the controller and its peripherals are provided. You have the flexibility to select from different controllers and optional peripherals based on your product requirements.

Software

This chapter outlines the essential modifications needed for your existing firmware. Initially, you will design system changes to enable functions such as sleep modes. Subsequently, you must implement the interface that connects your controller with the Vision Controller. The final section covers decoding RDM and DMX signals, implementing DFU, and configuring the display for Vision Control. At the end of the chapter, a diagram illustrates the recommended setup for a display implementation in Vision Control.

Example Project

Please ensure you fully understand each part and how your system integrates with our controller. We have prepared a sample project to guide you through the correct procedures.

Test & Run

To assist you in testing and verifying your project, we have designed a testing guide within our Vision Control App. Please follow the outlined steps in the chapter to ensure your implementation is without any errors.

Release & Production

The final step outlines the process for releasing your product in the Vision Control App and explains the licensing procedures for production.
