任何使用 Bluetooth(R) technology 的 fixture 都需要 Bluetooth(R) listing。任何以自己 brand name 销售产品的 manufacturer，都必须在 Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) 注册其 fixture。

1. Annual Membership
   必须拥有 active Bluetooth SIG membership。Adopter Membership 是免费的。
2. Product Qualification
